CyberQ can't hold a hot enough temp

Trying to cook a turkey at 325 on an XL egg. The cyberq wants to stay at 250-290 even at 100% fan speed. I've had this problem before (on thanksgiving). Any thoughts? I've tried the top grate at the small holes open and also with it totally open. Thanks!

The very reason I sold mine. I am at peace without wires. I feel for that money it should learn how I cook and not the other way around.

I learned that it makes a difference on how I light the lump depending on the cook and where you I the DFMT. I will light the center and 4 -6 locations on the outside for cooks at 325 -425. Just the center for 225 - 275. Then have the DFMT closed just enough to have a little pressure build up against the blower. I can hear the change.

I use the Stoker and have had great success.

But as with all controllers there is a learning curve.
