    Im doing Egrets ham. Just got it injected and rubbed. I did a Mad Max Turkey for Thanksgiving and did Pork Shots last weekend for a party. Its been a great Season for the Egg.

    I'll be cooking APL's glazed pork loin with cilantro and garlic for Christmas Eve tonight, followed by the S'mores for dessert. Going to try Christy's recipe for avocados with eggs and bacon tomorrow morning. Smoking a turkey for Christmas dinner. Phew!
