I've dialed in my butts and rub them with Bad Byron's (thanks CenTex). I top the pulled pork with Blues Hog Tennessee Red (thanks Travis). I want to add a recommendation to complete the perfect slider. In the frozen section at HEB, they have Rhodes dinner rolls. 3.50 for 36. Great price. While your butt is in the Egg, pull the Rhodes out to thaw. Give them plenty of space. They take about five hours to thaw and rise. They'll spread out to about 3-3.5 inches each if you let them. Stick them in the oven 15-20 minutes before you plan to serve. Perfect pulled pork topped with Blues Hog on a Rhodes roll... Nirvana. Yesterday marked one year with my Egg. Gastronomically the greatest year ever. I'm serving these tomorrow for the extended family. Have a great holiday. May your Christmas include an Egg-induced coma. Merry Christmas everyone, Cheers!

Thanks for the tip. Are these the ones you use:Looks like they have them at Wally World and Target. I might also give these a try for Xmas.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

Yessir, those are the ones. We affectionately refer to them as "crack" around the house. Anytime I make sliders, I can never eat just 3.
