weekend cooks: 1) pizza 2) beef short ribs (PIC HEAVY)

Quick post since I took lots of pictures this weekend.  I did a caramelized onion / sausage / basil Pizza on FRI and then made Short Ribs on SUN.  The short ribs are a repeat for me that I got from griffin's blog awhile back - topped over mashed cauliflower - good stuff. Thanks for looking!

    The pizza looks good, but those short ribs are beautiful! I like the sound of the mashed cauliflower too. Could you share the recipe?

    Those are some fine looking shawties!  Pizza looks great too. 

    Which came first the chicken or the egg?  I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

    Thank you - short ribs in the winter is hard to beat if you ask me . . .

  • I love cauliflower purée. I caramelize mine in the oven for awhile to add color and flavor. Sounds like something to try on the egg.

    Yes, indeed, good stuff there. Love short ribs. Have some more in the freezer.
