Beer Can Chicken up & down

The grandkids wanted beer can chicken, so I pulled out my 2 chicken Papa Jeabert stainless piece and loaded it up. Decided to do 1 up & 1 down. This will validate that wise Canadian Egger Little Steven's theory of a better cook with the butt up :)) Had to check for fit on the large. Couldn't use the AR, because the chicken was to high. Usually do spatch raised direct @ 400. Am doing these indirect with the oval stone @350, will post results tomorrow.
