I have been itching to do this ever since i got my Mini... Its a 4lb bone in butt coated with mustard and BBBR. I plan to cook at 350 until IT is 160, then wrap in foil to get to 200. Pretty basic turbo cook.
Egg setup is the Woo ring with 8" pizza stone from Amazon wrapped in foil. The butt was tall enough that I had to remove the dome thermometer and use the Maverick. Hoping to have a juicy butt for supper...

Not BGE gods just plain ole science. Wrapping in foil keeps in the moisture and when you put the cut back on the egg the temp drop because of evaporation of the liquid.
