Standing Rib Roast Question..

Thinking about doing a standing rib roast for Christmas. If I cook at 300 degrees until roast gets to 110-115 degrees and then reverse-sear, how long should the roast take per pound to get to 110-115 degrees?

Somewhere between an hour and 15 minutes and 2.5 hours depending on how cold it is when you put it in and the size of the roast

How big is the roast going to be? I think a 2 rib will finish around an hour and a half with a rest which is in line with @foghorn.Dunedin, FL

I did a 5 lb roast for Father's day this year at 185-200 and it took a little over 3 hours to get to that temp. I would think that a temp of 300 would halve that.
