Getting some wild boar & bison lick chilli eggin

I decided to get some cow lick chilli experience under my belt, but went with ground bison instead of ground chuck, and I'm using some wild boar Italian sausage that I had in the freezer. Smoking the meat now, prepped the rest of the ingredients plus additional to my likings. Can't wait to shread some smoked pepper jack cheese on top and dig in. More updates to come.


Oh, I am putting beans in the cause I like them, so I guess it's stew as VI would say.
