Cleaned out and reloaded egg, let really slowly come up to temperature and stabilize. Egg went on at 11 last night, was a cold night out (30 degrees) and egg was stabilized at 240 grate.
Woke up this morning, grate temp had barely moved (246) and brisket stalled at 176.
Not exactly a traditional thanksgiving meal but right on schedule and hoping it turns out well.
