one of our friday night pizza's green peppers ,onions ,diced tomatoes and pepperoni on home made dough .Dome temp of 550 plate setter legs up the grid on that 4inch risers on the grid with the BGE xl pizza stone on the XL the stone is nice and seasoned now we've been getting a nice brown and crisp to the crust
