Stoker WiFi & Posting Photos

I received the Stoker and got it connected to my wifi. What are some good apps to use with my IPad and IPhone? How would you set them up to use away from home?
I use an AR. Do I need to protect the wires with foil or something? I will be using it indirect with temperatures 225.- 375.
I was wondering what method you use to post photos for them to show up larger like some of you are able to do. Thank you for your comments.
