We have been playing around with some chili recipes as of late. I had a big chuck of brisket in my freezer from our last party, so I started looking for a recipe for brisket chili. I came across this one and the ingredients were different from most recipes so we decided to give it a try. This was based on the Stokin' n Smokin' We are the Champions recipe.
