Smoked Jucy Lucy

Last night cook was Jucy Lucys. 75/25 burger mixed with Worcestershire split into 4 1/4 lbs patties, cheddar cheese in between and pressed into two half pound jucy Lucy's. Smoked @ 250 with Cherry turned after 45 minutes, removed after another 45 minutes. Best effort yet.
