I am making some hanger steaks with Chimmichurri sauce later.

Would you marinate the steaks? If so with what?

    Personally I would just salt, the Chimichurri has a rich flavor on its own.

    Plus 1 on CPARKTX. Nothing better than Chimichurri
    Salado TX Egg Family: 2 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max (I'm good for now).

    Ok. Made the chimichurri. Will salt/pepper the hanger steaks later.

    Do you put the chimichurri on cold?
