I have playing around with different smoked almond recipes, this is the best so far. Based on a recipe by Scarbelly on the smoking meats forum.
1/4 t Cayenne
1/4 t garlic powder
2 cups raw almonds
1T chili powder
Mix first 5 ingredients in a bowl then add almonds toss to coat then add chili powder. Smoke @ 250 for 90 minutes. Wow!
Reverse seared a trip tip as well.
Fresh baked baguettes as well.
