We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. Tri Tip Success! (w/pics)

First off.... thanks to @GATraveller for posting his Santa Maria Tri Tip recipe earlier this week here. I had just bought my first tri tip and was unsure of how to prepare it. I thought his recipe looked great so I gave it a whirl. I made up his dry rub and put on the egg indirect at 350 for about an hour. I pulled at 125 and seared. Here it is...
