Chicken Tonight...Gumbo Tomorrow....Pictures

Chicken will cook for two hours at 250 degrees then temp will be raised to 375 to finish and crisp up......Links will cook the two hours at 250.....a little cool outside so I will sit in front of the fire and watch a little football while I check the pit temp on my Stoker with my iPad
