We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. Wok!!!!

Wow!!! Second time was 50 times better than the original attempt. I did Sweet n Sour chicken this time. Absolutely amazing. I used corn starch to thicken the sauce this time around. I also grated fresh ginger. It made a difference!! I am really looking forward to experimenting more with this Wok.
