This is a go-to healthy meal in the Dyal household. Wokked Chicken with Bok Choy and Asparagus. Made this a couple days ago. Always a hit. To keep the sodium down, we try and limit the amount of soy and teriyaki sauces used. We also throw in some lemon juice, oyster sauce and chili sauce in the mix. I have no earthly idea on the proportions. I just toss in some junk until it tastes good....but not overly salty. :)
