First cook in a while.....

Today our close family friends are coming over.....was going to try a turkey but no fresh ones are available as yet....so, I will make the apple pie with caramel goo in a CI skillet, and whole beef tenderloin for dinner. Spinach artichoke dip, fresh garden salsa, Queso, for starters....then country salad (mixed greens with beets, grilled asparagus, goat cheese, candied pecans and blueberry viniagrette), roasted garlic mashed potatoes, tenderloin, baguette, apple pie and toll house pie for dessert......will post pics as I cook!
