Brined reverese seared pork chops with blueberry sauce coming up?

Just saw this recipie on one of our local news sites. A blueberry sauce with pork chops.I brined my chops and of course i'll be egging them instead or frying.

I have some wild local blueberries frozen to use up as well.

    Pretty damn tasty bye!! Blueberry and pork are a nice mix.

    Once again I forgot about the brining and reseasoned them before i cooked the chops :(

    Wasn't to salty though... but I should get my blood pressure checked soon lol!!!
