We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling! This week, we’ll be making these two burgers: Stuffed Portobello Mushroom and Caribbean Chicken, and also eating lots of these Ice Cream Sandwiches in honor of National Ice Cream Month! I was inspired by Eggtoberfest and have to give major props to Dizzy Pig for their "Ragin River" rub!  I cooked this nice piece of fish at about 300 degrees for about 15 mins.  I dusted it with Raging River and a little olive oil.  SWMBO will occasionally eat salmon but after trying this, she came back for seconds!  I recently ordered the Dizzy Pig sampler and this was my first try with Raging River.  The thing I like is the fact that the rub is not overly salty and actual flavor comes through.  So easy to do and I can't believe how much I love the BGE!!!
