Smoked Short Ribs

Very good. Smoked Beef Short Ribs with Collard Greens and homemade apple sauce. All washed down with a nice bottle of wine. I hope everyone has a wonderful week!!

    @TarHeelBBQ What temp did you smoke them at and for how long or what IT did you cook them to?
