Enhanced Breast Chicken

I saw a picture on these forums once of a chicken that had " enhanced breast". Someone had slipped a half of an orange or something under the skin of the chicken and then cooked it on a beer can holder. Does someone have more information on this recipe? Mainly what was used under the skin.
