Made our first pizzas on the XLBGE last night. Platesetter legs up, grate on legs and pizza stone on that. Dome temp at 650. Homemade dough, tomatoes and basil from the garden, 4:30 min. to cook. Bottom was amazingly crisp, yet chewy. It was just stupid delicious!! Can't wait to do more!
