First Attempt With The Wok

Very tasty!! Wish the sauce would have been a little thicker. Will make adjustments next time. Everything was great. I cleaned my wok after using it and the black started coming off. I know they say you are not supposed to clean it but there was some food build up on it. Hopefully it will start sticking. I will absolutely try cooking with the wok again. Maybe next weekend. I will be traveling 4 nights this week so there won't be any weeknight cooks. Everyone have a great week!!

    Looks good, you are on your way. Much better than my first attempt on the egg, I soon went back to my comfort zone the propane burner.
