I'm in church and watching the toddlers in the nursery because Wilma is sick and I'm covering her shift. I'm spending my time letting my teenager handle the kiddies and I'm on here and wondering what to buy for supper. What are you making for supper?

I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.____________________Aurora, Ontario, Canada

Tell me more about the braised kale. I've got a bunch in the fridge and I'm looking for some new ways to cool it.brianwdmn said:Spatchcock Cornish Hens, braised Kale, baked sweet potato.

Salt crusted pork tenderloin, roasted fingerlings and asparagus. And pecan pie.
Dunedin, FL -
Slice an onion, maybe two, then two or three garlic cloves. Remove the stems from the Kale and cut or tear into bite size pieces. In a Dutch oven or large sauté pan add 2 tbls Olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and stir to avoid over browning. Then add the sliced garlic. Then then the Kale. I use tongs to flip and ensure everything is tossed enough and then add half a beer. Tonight was Sam Adams Oktoberfest. Cover with a tight fitting lid and reduce the heat to low for 15 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.cortguitarman said:
