Second cook on my BGE - Boston butt!

Rubbed down my 9.5 lb Boston butt and have the Egg started! Oh, and a fine drink poured and icing over inside awaiting me.

Welcome. I prefer a fruit wood with pork. Cherry or apple.

Have some apple chunks in and a mixture of different chips mixed in with the coals. I'm also trying Publix greenwise lump as it seems to get better reviews that almost all others.
