Big Green Egg Recipe Sites

Anyone have any good suggestions for BGE recipes sites? I'm running out of ideas for things to make. This site has been great for suggestions and ideas but it seems like it's dominated with Pork Butts & Ribs (which are wonderful). Just looking for something different.

Thanks!

  • Almost any recipe can be adapted to work on the egg so you don't really need an egg specific recipe site.

If you've got a plate setter you can basically use your egg like an oven to bake. Get a wok and do stir fry or a paella pan and make paella. A baking stone to bake pizza. Your options are almost endless.

Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti. I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.
