Simple Strips

Nothing elaborate tonight, simple strips.  A nice weekday cook.

    Might be simple but looks fantastic.  Guessing they are about a 12 oz cut.  That will make a meal any day of the week as far as I'm concerned.  Nicely done!
    I raise my kids, cook and golf.  When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.
    Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season.

    400 direct, raised grid.  Seven minutes on the first side, and about five on the other until the internal was 130.  Foiled while the beans steamed for seven minutes.  On the plate the internal for the strips was 140.  I like them a bit more rare but this was perfect for The Spouse.
