We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling! Quick Tip

I've never found a good way to clean the char off a Le Cruset or a cast iron skillet. Until now. 

Take the butt end of a Bamboo utensil and use the square edge to scrape the crud off. Works like a champ without screwing up your patina.
Be careful, man! I've got a beverage here.
