Boiled some spuds and roasted an onions and some parsnips.
Sous-vided three racks of lamb and pasted them with butter, rosemary, garlic and onion powder blended
Threw them on the medium grid in the spider
Things got a little hairy
Made a lamb stock earlier today and reduced to a thick sauce with roasted garlic, port, mint sauce, honey and rosemary. Whipped the parsnip, onions, and potatoes, with cream cheese and butter.
