Boiled some spuds and roasted an onions and some parsnips.

Sous-vided three racks of lamb and pasted them with butter, rosemary, garlic and onion powder blended

Things got a little hairy

Made a lamb stock earlier today and reduced to a thick sauce with roasted garlic, port, mint sauce, honey and rosemary. Whipped the parsnip, onions, and potatoes, with cream cheese and butter.

    Nice... cooked up a few lamb pops last Tuesday.  They're special.
    This is my signature line just so you're not confused.
    Large and Medium BGE, Kamado Joe Jr., smoker with a 5k btu AC, gas grill, fire pit, pack of angry cats, two turntables and a microphone, my friend.  Registered republican.

    Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti. I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.

    If my dog counter-surfed, she'd become an outdoor dog permanently. That would piss me off to no end.

    I think the difference between a  good meal and a great meal is a sauce.  It really elevates a meal.
