I had some of the best steaks I've ever made the other day. Lightly rubbed with some EVOE then coated both sides liberally with Dizzy Pig cowlick rub. Cooked them at 500 2 min/side for 6 minutes. Let them rest another 5 minutes. Here's the craziest part. I got the steaks at Walmart. The push that Walmart has been putting on for their quality meats is no joke. These were great steaks. Total cost for these bad boys was $16.
