Seasoned two tenderloins and slathered Dijon on one and "Sweet with Heat" on the other.
Cooked at 300* til 130* or so. Seared at 600* for a few minutes. Served with rice, carrots, Indian carrots and Indian onions. Made a sauce with apple juice, apple sauce, pork stock and some herbs
