We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. Coupla tenderloins

Seasoned two tenderloins and slathered Dijon on one and "Sweet with Heat" on the other.

Cooked at 300* til 130* or so. Seared at 600* for a few minutes. Served with rice, carrots, Indian carrots and Indian onions. Made a sauce with apple juice, apple sauce, pork stock and some herbs
