Big Green Egg - EGGhead Forum - The Ultimate Cooking Experience...
We’re feeling pretty super, how about you? The big game is fast approaching, and while we love football, we love an excuse to invite people over and cook even more! You too can cook like a champion with recipes from Dr. BBQ’s NFL Gameday Cookbook: Grilled Tuna Sandwiches from Seattle and Baked Brie from New England. Who’s going to win? You’ll have to cook both to find out.

The 17th Annual EGGtoberfest was amazing - here are the highlights Click Here

Did you do something similar to Trex or sear then immediately roast? Looks fantastic.

Trex but much better sear with CI. 30 sec per side, that puppy was hot.

Yes but I should have pulled at 120/125. Waited to 130 and that was a little long.

@six_egg thanks. First time this way and also first time with butter/garlic. Will always do from now on. Will be sure to pull at 120 then rest and do the sear for 45/60 seconds per side.
