It's our first home game so I wanted to do wings, a first in the egg. I followed the necessary indulgences recipe. I used dizzy pig for my rub and WAAAYY TOO MUCH corn starch. Oh well, now I know. They also weren't as crunchy and blackened as I would have liked. But still they were excellent. My wife said they were the best she'd ever had, she's a good wife. And to boot, we're losing at the half. To central Florida. Well at least the beer is going down really well tonight
Slumming it in Aiken, SC.

Hope the wings ended up better than PSU's defense. And since when does the clock not stop when someone goes out of bounds?__________________________________________It's not a science, it's an art. And it's flawed.- Camp Hill, PA

They look tasty!! You only need a light dust of cornstarch -- similar to how you'd dust the top of a cake with powdered sugar. I use a small strainer and it makes it a little easier. Both of our kids go to UCF. . . what a game!! <:-PI'm Kristi ~ Live in FL ~ BGE since 2003.
