It's our first home game so I wanted to do wings, a first in the egg. I followed the necessary indulgences recipe. I used dizzy pig for my rub and WAAAYY TOO MUCH corn starch. Oh well, now I know. They also weren't as crunchy and blackened as I would have liked. But still they were excellent. My wife said they were the best she'd ever had, she's a good wife. And to boot, we're losing at the half. To central Florida. Well at least the beer is going down really well tonight ;)
Slumming it in Aiken, SC.
