Long time lurker, first time poster. Beef ribs(were on sale at Kroger for 1.99/lb), salt and pepper, platesetter legs up, 250 degrees for 4 hours, apple and hickory smoke, no water pan, just foil over plate setter to make cleanup easier.. Delicious!!! SWMBO has a new favorite and sent me out to by more and freeze...
