Love Pork Tenderloin

It always comes out juicy, tender and flavorful.  We used mustard for the first time and sprinkled The Squeal Hog Rub on each piece.  Cooked at 375 direct until it hit 165.  We had fresh squash with red pepper and sweet potatoes as sides.  Great dinner!
