We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling! This week, we’ll be making these two burgers: Stuffed Portobello Mushroom and Caribbean Chicken, and also eating lots of these Ice Cream Sandwiches in honor of National Ice Cream Month! 2.5 Porterhouse

Publix had gymongous porterhouses on sale, so I bought one to split with The Spouse.  In retrospect two normal sized ones would have been easier to cook.

Done 400, raised direct, with 4 combs of grilled onions and peppers.  She got the tenderloin, I took about half the other side.

Good results.
