Halftime

Dawgs-Gamecocks tied at 24, 6 lb butt's been on for 9 hrs, started at 225 dome, worked up to around 300 now. (Up and down with alcohol intake) Past the stall, internal temp now 190. Decided to let this one go as long as it takes in order to get good bark, looks righteous. Not gonna foil at all this time. Can't wait to see the final result, will try to remember to take a pic.
