BGE cookbook pizza dough pepperoni pizza
First time trying this recipe, rolled out thin and topped with sauce, whole milk mozzarella (fresh grated) and pepperoni. Got the Egg up to 600 with plate setter, spider upside down with pizza stone on top, cooked approx 8-9 minutes. Turned out pretty good! Pizza is one of my favorite things to Egg.
