Ok to cut loose?

I've done 3 cooks with my new LBGE. Is it now safe to cook at elevated temperatures? The first 3 cooks were done at 300-400 degrees.

    Go nuts! The gasket is as cured as it will get.

    And just stand by to replace your gasket once you start doing some serious cooking.

    I think the new gaskets (lighter gray color) don't have to be cured or broken in like the others. so either way you're good to go :)

    I always break in my gaskets with high heat. Let it fly.
