We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. One too many......

Lit my egg as per usual today. Living and lovin life.
I keep looking at the temp and it isn't climbing like usual. WTF?
Go outside lift the lid lots of smoke. It's at like 250 degrees. I blow thinking it may be stifled a bit.
Then I look at my bottom vent. Forgot to open it.
The one too many is: too many drinks. Oops. Lol.
