First cook of the long w/e!
So this is my first cook for the long weekend two spatchcock chicken rubbed with tsunami spin and some reheated pulled pork with mushrooms onions and green pepper with some franklins vinegar-based sauce thrown in ...thanks cazzy!!
Im also doing some baked potatoes and homemade croutons for Caesar salad hope my parents like it they haven't eaten from the bge yet!!!!
