Turkey Breast and Memmaw beans

I took a vaca day today to stay home and play with the granddaughter and cook cause it was time to see what the small will do.

Turkey breast on the small, indirect at 325*. I put chicken stock and beer in the drip pan which normally I wouldn't but this is makeshift indirect until the woo gets here. I had some angle pieces and a 10" square pan. I will get a pic after the turkey is done


On the large we have green beans with pork back in the Dutch Oven just a boiling away. The last hour I will take the lid off and let the water evaporate while adding fresh squash and mushrooms
