Question about cross contamination.

So I have done boston butt, and done brisket, just wondering if anyone out there has done them together?
I have a soiree @ my place next week and want to wow my friends with both pulled pork and brisket, but am not sure I can do both to finish within a couple hours of each other.
Just wondering.
