We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling! This week, we’ll be making these two burgers: Stuffed Portobello Mushroom and Caribbean Chicken, and also eating lots of these Ice Cream Sandwiches in honor of National Ice Cream Month! Salsa... Round 2

The first batch lasted 2 days so cooked more today. Thanks @Griffin for posting your cook.

7 hatch peppers
2 jalapeños
4 garden tomatoes
2 onions
4 Tomatillos
Garlic
Corn on the cob
Cilantro

This round was a little hotter but perfect heat to me. I think I left more seeds this time. I'll have some pics later.
