I know Spatchcock chicken is just another simple cook but I found a recipe that really tasted awesome.

Just a simple mix of citrus juices and marinated for 3hrs

4lb yardbird
1/2 cup of olive oil
1/2 cup of orange juice
1/4 cup of lemon juice
1/4 cup of lime juice
3. Teaspoons of fresh oregano
1 teaspoon of cumin.

Citrus and chicken is such a good pairing. I don't do it enough.

Looks cluck-tacular. Try it on a pork butt - boom.

Try both next time. Marinate then spatchcock. Best of both worlds? That said it looks gret as is
