  1. Season the steak. (Salt, Pepper, Hickory seasoning by Grill Shakers)
  2. Heat up egg to 750 degrees
  3. Throw steak on grill (Lid Closed)
  4. After 45 seconds, rotate the steak 45 degrees
  5. After another 45 seconds, flip the steak
  6. After another 45 seconds, rotate the steak 45 degrees
  7. After final 45 seconds, remove and enjoy.
