Made 3 pies Saturday night, including a first go at a steak pizza with a homemade white sauce. I use Sam ferrise's dough recipe and made it 4 days before using.
Cooked top sirloin in skillet on stove til medium rare, then thinly sliced and put on pizza before tossing it in the egg. Also made a veggie pizza and a pepperoni pizza
Legs down, stone on top of 3 tin foil balls, 600 degrees til done. Pizzas were fantastic.
My dog ended up stealing a piece and seemed to enjoy it.
